We primarily help individuals and organisations in the Stockport area across all sectors. Having an office in Hazel Grove means that you can pop in to see us or drop off paperwork. We specialise in helping sole traders, contractors, small companies and their Directors, Landlords, charities and not for profit organisations.

You will always have senior staff involvement and we explain accountancy in plain English.

Sole Traders

We work with Sole Traders and self-employed individuals and have specific experience in taxation and dealing with HMRC. Being based in Hazel Grove means that you can come in to see us so you can really get a full understanding of your accounts. We also provide advice in the use of accounting software.

Individuals

We advise individuals on self assessment and other accountancy matters. It could be that you have a number of income streams and we advise you on the best way to structure your affairs from tax, succession and inheritance viewpoints.

Companies

As Chartered accountants, we have a range of skills that can help companies from all sectors. We can help with day to day services such as payroll and bookkeeping to taxation and planning cashflows through to advice on growth. We work with companies with and without Finance Directors and we explain the complexities of accounting in simple terms.

As well as general accountancy services we have experience in advising on specific business projects such as succession, change, mergers and acquisitions.

Partnerships

All the services we offer to companies can also be applied to partnerships, both large and small. We consider the specific legislation surrounding working as a partnership and how it differs from company status.

Directors

As well as working with companies, we also work with Directors on personal tax matters. We advise on the best way to take remuneration to minimise tax liabilities and have experience of resolving issues with family firms.
